Absurdity, Allegory and China

Many U.S. readers interested in the Chinese drywall problems find their way here and ask me, both publicly and privately, what they should do. This is the real deal of what you are up against, the information you should be getting from your States-based lawyers. If you are not getting this info from them, you need to ask them why not. This is what you need to know. It is not good news if you are expecting foreign companies to respond to U.S. judgements.
