The Chinese sports officials have already pinned the &#039;lie&#039; on Dong and her family, as they try to wriggle off the hook. The IOC under Jacques Rogge has pandered to the Party at every turn, and there&#039;s no reason to believe that they&#039;ll step out of line on this one. We should find out their decision in April.</description>
