Its commanding presence may soon be challenged by other towers planned for the CBD, such as that huge cylindrical tower next to CCTV (east when one drives north on east 3rd ring road), a tower which I am curious about given that never appears in the images of CCTV in its urban context. If you could steer me to some sources of information on CCTVs neighborhood, I would be most appreciative.
